Yes. To legally operate a company training vehicle, the student must have a valid, state-issued Learner's Permit or temporary driving authorization document. This document must be physically present in the vehicle for every single driving session.
Students can enroll in our flexible learning modules as they prepare for their licensing milestones. However, for hands-on, behind-the-wheel instruction, the student must meet the minimum age restrictions mandated by state and local regulations to legally drive.
Yes. Navigating the specific state rules, documentation, and restrictions for an early Hardship License due to family or financial necessity can be incredibly confusing. Jaxson Insurance Group's driver education program provides dedicated guidance, paperwork support, and the required structured training tailored to meet these unique state requirements.
While we provide all the professional training and certified documentation support needed to qualify, please note that final hardship approval rests entirely with the state licensing department.

Our training routes are carefully mapped across North Mississippi. We proudly serve students in Southaven, Olive Branch, Hernando, Horn Lake, Byhalia and all surrounding areas. Training on these local routes ensures students gain experience on the exact streets, highways, and intersections they will navigate every day.
Our certified instructors focus heavily on critical real-world driving environments. Lessons move at the student's pace and cover:
If you need to reschedule or cancel a behind-the-wheel session, you must notify our administrative office directly at 901-603-9666. Late cancellations or "no-shows"—such as a student forgetting their physical permit or missing the session entirely—will result in a standard administrative late fee.
Student safety is our absolute priority. Our certified instructors reserve the right to cancel and reschedule behind-the-wheel routes in the event of severe weather, poor visibility or hazardous road conditions. If a session is postponed due to weather, we will work with you to find a convenient makeup time.
We understand that families have demanding schedules filled with sports, school, and extracurriculars. Our educational pathways are highly adaptable, allowing students to complete their curriculum requirements efficiently around their busy lifestyles without ever compromising on safety or instructional quality.
No. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for cognitive and physical distractions inside the vehicle. Mobile phones, smartwatches, headphones and other personal electronic devices must be silenced and stored away for the entire duration of the training session.
While our comprehensive curriculum is strictly aligned with state driving manuals and safety regulations, completion of our program does not act as a legal guarantee that a student will pass the official state computerized knowledge exam or practical road tests. Ultimate testing proficiency relies on individual student comprehension, execution, and safe practical application.
Because we maintain a low student-to-instructor ratio to provide dedicated, one-on-one attention, scheduling blocks fill up quickly.
