Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 12, 2026

Welcome to our Driver Education Program. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before enrolling a student, scheduling behind-the-wheel training, or using our flexible learning options. By enrolling a student or accessing our services, you (the "Client," "Parent," "Guardian," or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment Eligibility & Requirements

  • Valid Documentation: To participate in behind-the-wheel instruction, the student must possess a valid, state-issued Learner's Permit or temporary driving authorization document. This document must be physically present in the vehicle during every single driving session.
  • Age Requirements: Students must meet the minimum age restrictions mandated by local and state regulations for licensing and permitting.
  • Parental Consent: Any student under the age of 18 must have these Terms reviewed, agreed to, and signed by a legally authorized parent or guardian.

2. Behind-the-Wheel Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Drive-Time Allocation: Behind-the-wheel training shifts are scheduled in advance based on structural vehicle and instructor availability across our designated North Mississippi service areas.
  • Cancellation Notice: If a student needs to reschedule or cancel a scheduled behind-the-wheel session, a mandatory notice must be provided directly to our office at 901-603-9666.
  • Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made inside the required notification window, or student "no-shows" where the instructor arrives but the student is missing, ineligible, or forgets their physical permit, will incur a standard administrative late-cancellation fee.
  • Inclement Weather: For student safety, our certified instructors reserve the absolute right to cancel and reschedule behind-the-wheel routes due to severe weather, poor visibility, or hazardous road conditions.

3. Student Conduct & Safety Compliance

  • Zero Tolerance Safety Policy: While operating a company training vehicle, students must follow all defensive driving protocols and direct instructions given by the certified instructor.
  • Impairment Prohibitions: Students must be in a fit mental and physical condition to drive. Instructors will immediately cancel a session if a student shows signs of fatigue, illness, cognitive distraction, or any form of chemical impairment.
  • Device Restrictions: Mobile phones, headphones, and other personal electronic devices must be silenced and stored away during training sessions to avoid manual or visual distractions.

4. Fees, Payments, & Refunds

  • Payment Terms: Tuition fees for our comprehensive driver education courses and flexible learning packages must be paid according to the selected plan terms during enrollment.
  • Refund Eligibility: Fees paid for educational instruction or scheduled driving block options are non-refundable once the course modules have commenced or after behind-the-wheel routes have been reserved.
  • Expirations: All purchased behind-the-wheel instructional blocks must be completed within a set timeframe from the original enrollment date, after which unused hours expire.

5. Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

  • Nature of Risk: The Client acknowledges that practical behind-the-wheel training involves inherent operational risks on open, public roadways. While our vehicles are heavily equipped with safety mechanisms (such as dual instructor braking systems) and are guided by certified staff, accidents can happen.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under Mississippi law, our company, its instructors, and its administrative affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injuries, property damage, or testing failures resulting from a student's willful negligence, failure to follow instructions, or accidental loss of vehicle control.
  • No Guarantee of State Passing: Completion of our curriculum, behind-the-wheel routes, and mock review metrics does not act as a legal guarantee that a student will successfully pass the official state computerized knowledge exam or practical road tests.

6. Text Messaging & Communication Consent

  • Service Alerts: By providing a telephone number during registration or program inquiries, you grant explicit consent for our team to contact you via voice calls or automated text messaging regarding scheduling confirmations, route updates, balances, or weather delays.
  • Opt-Out Control: You may choose to opt out of ongoing text message notifications at any time by replying "STOP" directly to our messages.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the single right to adjust, amend, or rewrite portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time to preserve operational safety or match changing local transportation laws. Any adjustments will immediately go into effect upon being posted to our primary public platforms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the statutory regulations of the State of Mississippi.

9. Acknowledgment & Contact

For questions regarding scheduling limits, flexible learning paths, or policy clarifications, please contact our administrative desk directly at 901-603-9666. By completing your enrollment transaction, you verify that you have read, understood, and accept these operational policies.
